The logistical process begins with incoming goods, followed by storage (ambient or cooled). Orders are then prepared through picking and packing. Goods dispatch ensures timely shipping, while returns management handles efficiently all returned goods.

Additional services include 24/7 emergency deliveries, packaging, disposal, quality control, medical sample shipping, as well as storage and shipping of promotional materials.

Backoffice & Support

The Backoffice & Support department includes customer service – from order entry to invoicing. Reporting ensures transparency and control, while the pharmaceutical wholesale distribution channel serves specialised sales routes.

Transport

Transport includes general cargo, parcel, and courier shipments, as well as special deliveries. Additionally, temperature-controlled transport (ambient or cooled) ensures product quality. Track & trace information allows for seamless shipment tracking.
